- Please do not smoke in the apartment.
- Please don' t do damage to the apartment, to it' s furniture and objects.
- Drunk guests can use the gallery for their own responsibility.
- Children under age 10, may use the gallery for the responsibility of their parents.
- Pets are only allowed by paying surcharge
- The owner of the pet is responsible for the damage caused by pets.
